Other Versions of Massachusetts Initiative Filed In order to reduce the likelihood of a successful legal challenge, English for the children of Massachusetts also filed two other versions of the proposed initiative. Version B excludes Section 8 of the Text, establishing statewide adult English literacy programs. Version C excludes Section 8 and also Section 6, allowing parental enforcement lawsuits.
