I'm a student of CET and my opinion is that its better to take away bilingual Education programs. It is very hard for me to speak English and I have problems reading & writing because I had very little education.

My parents were farm workers and they were moving from ome city to another. thats the reason I didn't have ienough education. they took me with them to the fields, and that is the reason why I want to improve my english skills now, I don't want my son to have the same problems as I did.
